Design, deploy, and operate large-scale distributed systems; manage Kubernetes, Istio, and Linux environments; automate workflows with Go/Python/shell; build observability with Prometheus/Grafana/Loki; troubleshoot networking, storage, and performance; participate in on-call rotations and postmortems; collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for model training and data pipelines.

Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines and production systems, including LLMs and generative AI models. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, architects, and clients to integrate AI capabilities into products. Optimize model performance, latency, and cost on AWS, GCP, and Azure, using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, versioning, and other MLOps practices.

Drive enterprise sales of AI, data, cloud, database managed services, and production AI solutions across the Midwest. Build territory plans, generate new logos, expand accounts, manage Salesforce pipelines, and lead complex sales cycles from discovery through close. Co-sell with hyperscaler and OEM partners, engage executive buyers, develop proposals and business cases, and coordinate solutions, delivery, legal, and finance teams.

Provide 24/7 enterprise network support and escalations for global clients, administer and troubleshoot multi-vendor LAN/WAN infrastructures, implement security controls, perform IOS/firmware upgrades, coordinate with ISPs and onsite teams, document incidents and RCA, and lead remediation for affected endpoints.
