Supports hotel investment and acquisitions by building financial models, conducting market and comparable-sales research, preparing investment memoranda and presentations, and assisting investment and operations teams with live transactions. The role also performs ad hoc analysis and requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills. It is designed for a rising college senior with an interest in finance, hospitality, and real estate investments.

Leads accounting activities for hotel transitions and new developments, including due diligence, property setup, bank and merchant account coordination, historical financial data conversion, journal mapping, budgeting, reporting, and transition closeout. Develops training calendars and delivers accounting systems and process training to hotel teams. Coordinates with Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Regional Finance, and property leadership to resolve risks, stabilize operations, and improve transition procedures. Periodic travel to properties is required.
