Lead a team of 3–4 Senior Commercial Account Managers in India focused on acquiring net-new customers. Drive revenue and quota attainment, pipeline development, forecasting, complex deal execution, and sales methodology adoption. Coach and develop sales talent, recruit high performers, collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, and Product teams, and maintain Salesforce discipline. Build executive customer relationships, support strategic opportunities, and foster a high-performance sales culture.

Lead the pre-sales technical process for Proofpoint cybersecurity solutions in India. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, serving as the technical customer liaison, delivering demonstrations and presentations, managing proof-of-concept evaluations, designing security solutions, supporting deployments and training, and providing feedback to product and engineering teams. Regular interstate travel is required.

Own enterprise sales across India West by developing executive relationships, winning new accounts, expanding existing customers, exceeding quotas, and selling Proofpoint’s cybersecurity portfolio. The role involves solution selling, presentations, account strategy, coordinating sales engineering and channel resources, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept programs, and closing business with large enterprise organizations.
