The Senior Sales Specialist will drive growth in Data Security, partner with sales teams, build customer relationships, and lead sales cycles in Strategic and Enterprise accounts.

Lead development of ICP, lead/account scoring, multi-touch attribution, and intent-driven growth strategies. Build predictive models and ELT pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and Python/R; run A/B and incrementality tests; partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT to operationalize scoring and attribution for revenue impact.

Lead and scale the Hyderabad site as a strategic extension of global operations. Build local leadership, recruit and retain engineering and cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, establish KPIs and governance, ensure compliance with local laws, and collaborate with global leaders to align execution with company priorities while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
