Own and grow top-of-funnel performance through daily outbound, automated campaigns, content, prospecting, and growth experiments. The role develops messaging and channel strategies across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Reddit, X, communities, and partnerships; analyzes funnel data and conversions; uses AI for prospecting and personalization; and turns successful experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks.

Design intuitive user interfaces and improve user experience for web applications. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes; collaborate with product and development teams; incorporate feedback; maintain design consistency; and participate in design reviews.

Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows from sourcing through onboarding. Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate databases, communicate timely updates, and improve the overall candidate experience in a remote environment.
