Build and deploy production LLM-powered AI and voice agents, owning systems from scoping and design through deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and iteration. Optimize prompts, RAG pipelines, and reliability frameworks while collaborating directly with customers and implementation teams to solve workflow challenges and drive successful launches.

Manage the full post-onboarding customer lifecycle for B2B SaaS clients, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and satisfaction. Build strategic customer relationships, identify churn risks, analyze usage data, advocate for customer needs, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Growth, and Support teams. The role requires managing multiple accounts, guiding customers toward measurable ROI, supporting upselling, and working US hours from Prodigal’s Mumbai office.

Research financial services topics, identify compelling insights, and create content across LinkedIn, articles, reports, executive communications, newsletters, customer stories, email campaigns, videos, and events. The intern will experiment with formats, connect content across the buyer journey, use AI for research and iteration, and develop a deep understanding of financial institutions, customers, and regulations.
