Manage the full post-onboarding customer lifecycle for B2B SaaS clients, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and satisfaction. Build strategic customer relationships, identify churn risks, analyze usage data, advocate for customer needs, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Growth, and Support teams. The role requires managing multiple accounts, guiding customers toward measurable ROI, supporting upselling, and working US hours from Prodigal’s Mumbai office.

Research financial services topics, identify compelling insights, and create content across LinkedIn, articles, reports, executive communications, newsletters, customer stories, email campaigns, videos, and events. The intern will experiment with formats, connect content across the buyer journey, use AI for research and iteration, and develop a deep understanding of financial institutions, customers, and regulations.

Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to U.S. financial-services accounts through phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and other channels. Research prospects’ business models, workflows, KPIs, and regulatory environments; create relevant messaging; cold call executives; book qualified meetings; and provide detailed handoffs to Account Executives. Maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with sales and marketing, use AI tools thoughtfully, represent the company at events, and share market feedback.

The Deployment Strategist role focuses on deploying AI agents in the consumer finance industry, managing customer projects from contract to go-live, ensuring operational excellence and continuous system improvement.

Build and deploy ML models and systems powering autonomous AI agents for loan servicing and collections. Train and fine-tune LLMs, design evaluations and monitoring, tune prompts, integrate APIs, debug real-time issues, and own features from definition through production.
