Lead the ML technical vision and roadmap, design and build agentic AI and NLP systems (LLMs, speech models), implement data pipelines, deploy models at scale, define feature roadmaps, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, and stay current on ML research.

Build and deploy ML models and systems powering autonomous AI agents for loan servicing and collections. Train and fine-tune LLMs, design evaluations and monitoring, tune prompts, integrate APIs, debug real-time issues, and own features from definition through production.

Work with enterprise customers and experienced consultants to learn how AI is deployed at large organizations. Conduct stakeholder conversations, interpret technical specifications, spot details, support client engagements, and coordinate across US-overlapping hours. As a DevOps Engineer at Prodigal, you'll develop components for voice AI agents, integrate speech models, debug issues, and improve model performance with real-time processing.

The Deployment Strategist role focuses on deploying AI agents in the consumer finance industry, managing customer projects from contract to go-live, ensuring operational excellence and continuous system improvement.
