Lead and supervise shipboard security operations including gangway access control, CCTV and equipment maintenance, investigations, training, ISPS/CVSSA compliance, visitor management, incident reporting, and staff development to maintain a safe, secure cruise environment.

Design and deliver shipboard learning and leadership development programs; assess needs, facilitate workshops and briefings, pilot training with HR, evaluate effectiveness using data, manage enrollment and post-training evaluations, and support organizational change and adoption.

Oversee all technical production elements (lighting, audio, video, automation/rigging, performer flying) and run show-calling for a portfolio of theatre productions and guest entertainers. Lead and schedule a team of up to 20 production staff, manage rehearsals, ensure cast/crew/guest safety, perform risk assessments, handle chemical and inventory management, and maintain outstanding guest service standards aboard cruise vessels.
