Designs and creates themed ice sculptures using specialized carving tools and techniques. Collaborates with chefs, event planners, and team members, then transports and installs sculptures while preserving structural integrity. Maintains tools, equipment, and ice storage conditions; follows safety protocols and meets deadlines. The role requires artistic skill, physical stamina, cold-environment tolerance, heavy lifting ability, guest-service orientation, and fluent English. Cruise ship experience is strongly recommended.

Support Guest Services or Administration onboard by supervising Guest Services Officers or coordinating guest documentation and embarkation processes. Handle guest complaints, lost luggage, financial controls, and immigration/clearance paperwork. Liaise with port agents and shoreside teams, maintain PII confidentiality, and may serve as Night Manager overseeing overnight hotel operations.

Lead and supervise shipboard security operations including gangway access control, CCTV and equipment maintenance, investigations, training, ISPS/CVSSA compliance, visitor management, incident reporting, and staff development to maintain a safe, secure cruise environment.
