Assists financial due diligence teams by preparing quality of earnings, assets and liabilities, aging, cash testing, sales, and practice management schedules. Supports site visit preparation, EBITDA and net working capital adjustments, and report or databook deliverables. Requires accounting knowledge, preferably U.S. GAAP, strong Excel skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, organization, and approximately two years of post-qualification experience.

Participate in client tax engagements from planning through completion; prepare federal, state, and city returns for partnership, C Corporation, and S Corporation clients. Develop tax planning and transaction-structuring concepts, gather client information, and contribute to internal learning and leadership initiatives. The role focuses on U.S. tax compliance for real estate, private equity, partnership, and LLC clients.

Coordinates HR processes, helpdesk requests, recruiting interviews and offers, internship activities, learning and development programs, HR data systems, and onboarding and offboarding. The role maintains accurate employee and applicant records, supports training events, facilitates communication across HR specialty teams, and ensures administrative tasks and reports are completed accurately and on time.
