The consultant will manage people data analytics, enhance reports and dashboards, conduct data analysis, and improve HR processes using reporting tools.

Participate in all audit phases: planning, control testing, substantive procedures, reporting, and financial statement preparation. Research US GAAP/GAAS issues, perform attest services, recommend process improvements, support client relationships, and contribute to firm training and initiatives. Some Saturday work during busy season.

Collaborate with US teams to perform internal audit, SOX 404 testing, and risk assessments. Support accounting services, financial analysis, and tooling; draft process narratives, RCMs, and audit findings; monitor remediation and contribute to practice development and cross-practice engagements.
