Manage an international HR technology transformation programme spanning SuccessFactors, OpenText, AI, Jira, and related systems. Responsibilities include programme planning, governance, dependencies, resources, risks, stakeholder communications, executive steering meetings, delivery-team coordination, change management, adoption, and cross-workstream alignment. The role bridges executives, project managers, business owners, engineering, marketing, finance, and other technical teams to deliver documented solutions iteratively.
