Support GWE R&D budget/forecast tracking and P2P processes across EMEA and India. Manage purchase orders, resolve invoice/payment issues, input budgets using Mosaic, analyze budget vs. actuals, provide variance commentary, track PO performance metrics, support system migrations, and drive process improvements to meet budget targets and reduce operating costs.

The Senior Manager will lead the AI for Targeting & Segmentation program, ensuring alignment with market needs, and oversee cross-functional delivery to realize business outcomes through AI capabilities.

Partner with business and HR COEs to execute talent programs (performance, career, merit, succession), build succession pipelines, run engagement surveys, manage employee lifecycle, drive AI-led HR solutions adoption, and coach managers on HR systems.
