Leads Pfizer’s India Integrated Insights & Strategy function, advising commercial executives through analytics, market research, forecasting, and data-driven brand and portfolio strategy. Owns the analytics roadmap, budget, performance measurement, PMR strategy, vendor partnerships, and resource allocation. Oversees advanced analytics, AI/ML, customer segmentation, targeting, field-force sizing, and launch planning while developing a high-performing team and coordinating with regional and global GCA stakeholders.

Leads the strategy, development, deployment, and adoption of agentic AI and LLM platforms for commercial analytics. Defines product vision, use cases, roadmaps, backlogs, success metrics, and ROI while coordinating engineering, data, UX, market, and business teams. Partners with senior commercial leaders to scale AI-driven decision-making across brands and geographies. Requires extensive product leadership, AI/ML development, commercial analytics, pharma or healthcare knowledge, and executive communication experience.

Supports medical strategy and launch readiness for specialty care and internal medicine pipeline products. Provides scientific communication to healthcare professionals, coordinates real-world evidence and post-marketing studies, supports advisory boards and educational initiatives, reviews promotional materials, gathers medical insights, and collaborates with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
