Design, build, and deploy ML and Bayesian models for forecasting, segmentation, classification, and commercial analytics using large pharma datasets. Create dashboards, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and translate model outputs into actionable commercial recommendations.

Serve as Pfizer's primary site contact across study lifecycle: lead site start-up and activation, build site relationships, support recruitment and operational delivery, oversee quality and compliance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, interpret site data to mitigate risks, and support study conduct through close-out.

Lead platform reliability and operations for enterprise AI agent platforms: build and operate cloud-native infrastructure, observability (metrics, logs, traces), IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, incident response, SLO/SLAs, cost and security optimization, and mentor engineers to improve platform resilience and developer experience.
