Serve as primary Pfizer contact for investigative sites across the study lifecycle: manage site start-up/activation, build site relationships, support recruitment and operations, oversee quality and compliance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and use data to identify and mitigate site risks.

Provide medical expertise and build relationships with KOLs for vaccines, educate healthcare professionals, collect clinical insights, support medical activities for brand strategies, collaborate with internal teams, participate in advisory boards and meetings, and support sales training.

Serve as HR Business Partner supporting talent programs, performance and succession processes, employee lifecycle, engagement surveys, and HR systems. Drive AI/digital HR adoption, coach managers, partner with COEs and business leaders to build high-performance culture.
