Lead and scale issuer partnerships with Banks/NBFCs for EMI and credit products. Own onboarding, commercial negotiations, joint business plans, product launches (No-cost EMI, subvention, cardless EMI), and operational integrations. Drive disbursals, conversions, approval rates, partner profitability, and cross-functional execution.

Support the recruitment team by sourcing candidates from a provided database, engaging via calls/emails, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and assisting daily hiring operations to gain end-to-end recruitment experience.

Lead QR & Sound Box distribution and market share growth in assigned area. Recruit, coach and manage 5-10 ASMs and 200+ indirect staff, deploy and audit sales, set territory plans and targets, ensure quality and hit quota-driven sales goals.

Lead and grow adjacent offline payments across an assigned state by managing and coaching field sales teams. Drive merchant acquisition for EDC/POS, payment gateway, EMI activations, and merchant loans. Own field-first execution (75% field), sales targets, forecasting, reporting, market intelligence, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination to increase transaction volumes and device revenue.
