Leads clinical database programming for electronic data capture and clinical database systems. Designs and maintains edit checks, manages database locks and changes, ensures regulatory compliance and audit readiness, mentors programming teams, supports system integrations, and collaborates with sponsors and clinical operations. Also contributes to process improvements, technical documentation, and business development activities across concurrent clinical research projects.

Lead, plan and perform GxP audits across clinical research, suppliers and systems; produce audit reports, manage findings and CAPAs, coordinate global audit programs, support client/regulatory inspections, mentor auditors, and drive process improvements. Travel internationally for audits (up to ~60%).
