Hire, coach, and manage engineering managers and senior ICs; establish operating rhythms, delivery processes, and technical standards; partner with US product and exec leadership to align roadmaps and ensure predictable, high-quality execution.

Lead design and development of a high-performance Web SDK for device fingerprinting and behavior analytics. Implement algorithms for fingerprints and interaction capture, optimize cross-browser performance, build CI/CD and automated cross-browser tests, ensure data privacy/security, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product and QA to deliver scalable, maintainable SDKs.
