Leads DevOps strategy and delivery across enterprise projects, designing CI/CD pipelines, managing Docker and Kubernetes deployments, implementing Terraform infrastructure on Azure, and maintaining monitoring and reliability solutions. The role drives automation, troubleshooting, Agile and Scrum best practices, and cross-functional collaboration. A minimum of 10 years of DevOps or related experience is required, with microservices architecture and shell scripting preferred.

Lead test strategy and execution for a large enterprise CLM implementation. Plan and coordinate functional, integration, SIT, regression, UAT and non-functional testing; manage test environments, defects, metrics, and release readiness; ensure integration validation with CRM, SharePoint, DocuSign, SSO and other systems; govern test processes and support business users for UAT.

Implement and configure AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions, modernize portals and workspaces using Next Experience and UI Builder, build workflows with Flow Designer, implement Now Assist/AI Search/Virtual Agent, develop integrations via Integration Hub and REST APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
