Manages and coaches a six-person SDR team in Pune supporting OpenGov’s US public sector go-to-market organization. Owns pipeline generation, activity targets, performance metrics, onboarding, skill development, scheduling, and team culture. Translates US sales strategy into execution plans, partners with sales leadership and account executives, ensures effective use of Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn, and reports team performance and pipeline health to US leadership.

Develop and lead end-to-end features for scalable cloud-native SaaS applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, NodeJS, GraphQL, and modern cloud technologies. Translate customer and business needs into technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor engineers, improve development processes, and guide adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-driven user experiences and workflow automation.

Source and screen candidates primarily for Sales and Professional Services roles in India. Maintain organized pipelines in Ashby, conduct outreach, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with recruiters during high-volume hiring. The role also supports Engineering, Product, and Security hiring, represents OpenGov positively to candidates, and uses AI-native tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
