Lead end-to-end tax operations for forward, reverse, and commercial portfolios, ensuring timely, accurate real-estate tax payments, vendor oversight, compliance, and process improvements. Manage a high-performing team, drive KPIs and NPS targets, recover corporate advances, support audits and regulatory requirements, deliver executive reporting, and lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and customer experience.
