Lead IMEA contingent workforce strategy, governance and operations. Own vendor and commercial management, lifecycle service delivery, data and technology, reporting, and cross-functional controls. Lead and coach CWR operations team, partner with senior stakeholders, improve processes and ensure compliance across sourcing, contracting, onboarding, engagement and offboarding.
