As a Territory Account Representative, you will develop sales strategies, foster customer relationships, and manage large geographic sales territories for nVent HOFFMAN's electrical solutions.

Support and administer Salesforce (SalesCloud/ServiceCloud) day-to-day; gather requirements, configure features, build reports/dashboards, maintain data quality, test changes, document work, and train end users while working with stakeholders and using Jira/Confluence.

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure from the NOC, detect and respond to incidents, perform first- and second-level troubleshooting, document incidents and changes, collaborate with engineering and vendors, assist with maintenance and patching, and generate performance and incident reports while ensuring SLA and security policy compliance.
