The role collaborates with global stakeholders to improve product data quality and digital customer experiences.

Manage and troubleshoot enterprise Windows endpoints using SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Responsibilities include application packaging with PSADT, software deployments, patch management, compliance remediation, client health troubleshooting, PowerShell scripting, and L2/L3 escalation support. The role independently handles operational tasks, investigates issues using logs and registry analysis, improves endpoint stability, and collaborates with Service Desk, Security, and senior engineering teams on complex or architectural matters.

Designs, administers, secures, and continuously improves Microsoft 365 services across a global enterprise. Manages Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, identity controls, compliance technologies, collaboration tools, and Teams Rooms. Develops PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation, supports migrations and modernization, resolves complex Level 3 incidents, monitors service health, and partners with infrastructure, cybersecurity, service desk, and business teams to deliver a reliable digital workplace.
