The role handles client training, service development, forecasting, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination. It also supports workload management, coaching junior team members, performance development, and continuous improvement while building trusted adviser relationships with clients.

Lead client relationships for Worldpanel subscriptions, manage account administration, identify and close revenue opportunities, deliver insights and presentations, oversee project delivery and service quality, coach and manage a team (appraisals, PDPs), and escalate product/service development needs to senior management.

Manage client relationships for Worldpanel India, ensuring contractual delivery, client satisfaction, and commercial growth. Lead insight generation and presentations, mentor junior team members, support proposals and revenue targets, and provide client training and issue resolution.
