The role coordinates with accounting, tax, treasury, procurement, controllers, vendors, and business stakeholders while ensuring accurate and timely processing in NetSuite and compliance with local requirements.

Leads North American indirect tax compliance, primarily U.S. sales and use tax, including filings, audits, registrations, nexus monitoring, and process improvements. The Senior QA Engineer designs and maintains automated test scripts and frameworks, performs functional, regression, and exploratory testing, validates requirements, manages test data and defects, and supports CI/CD release readiness. The role collaborates with Product, Business Analysis, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment to ensure reliable web applications, APIs, and back-end services.

Manage invoicing, collections, and cash application for customer receivables. Process vendor setups, generate invoices, credit memos, and account statements; manage online portals and respond to client and sales billing inquiries.
