The role requires professional English and fluent French, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, digital-platform literacy, and occasional face-to-face recruitment.

Owns administration, optimization, monitoring, automation, high availability, and disaster recovery for Linux servers and Oracle databases across production and non-production environments. Responsibilities include Oracle installation, patching, backup and recovery, performance tuning, infrastructure strategy, alerting, documentation, and out-of-hours support. The role partners with infrastructure and technology teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational effectiveness.

Manage invoicing, collections, and cash application for customer receivables. Process vendor setups, generate invoices, credit memos, and account statements; manage online portals and respond to client and sales billing inquiries. Collaborate with revenue accounting and sales to support accurate revenue reporting.

Design, build, and maintain automated end-to-end tests for backend services and APIs using C#/.NET. Create BDD scenarios, REST API tests, integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate failures, and collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure test coverage and reliability across distributed systems.

Design, build, and optimize high-volume data pipelines using Python, Databricks and Spark on Azure. Create and maintain automation test suites (Azure DevOps), perform manual/load/exploratory testing, collaborate with BAs and developers to meet sprint goals, and assist with sprint estimation and delivery.
