Supports manual and exploratory testing, defect management, Azure DevOps pipeline integration, and test coverage for critical workflows. Collaborates with developers, analysts, and QA teams in Agile sprints to improve testing processes and support reliable releases. The role also requires basic AI literacy and effective use and validation of AI-generated outputs.

Leads North American indirect tax compliance, primarily U.S. sales and use tax, including filings, audits, registrations, nexus monitoring, and process improvements. Supports income tax returns, tax provisions, reconciliations, financial reporting, M&A due diligence, and tax technology initiatives. Partners with internal teams, external advisors, auditors, and the parent company’s tax organization. Requires extensive U.S. indirect tax expertise, strong accounting knowledge, and experience in multinational environments.

The Senior QA Engineer designs and maintains automated test scripts and frameworks, performs functional, regression, and exploratory testing, validates requirements, manages test data and defects, and supports CI/CD release readiness. The role collaborates with Product, Business Analysis, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment to ensure reliable web applications, APIs, and back-end services.

Manage invoicing, collections, and cash application for customer receivables. Process vendor setups, generate invoices, credit memos, and account statements; manage online portals and respond to client and sales billing inquiries. Collaborate with revenue accounting and sales to support accurate revenue reporting.
