Lead and manage a design management team for India-wide data center projects from kickoff through construction documents and administration. Oversee consultant selection, budgets, schedules, value engineering, stakeholder communication, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with NTT GDC design standards while supporting pre-sales, procurement strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Serve as the client's trusted advisor to build relationships, improve CSAT, drive adoption, up-sell/cross-sell, ensure on-time renewals, and manage escalations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Operate, maintain, and improve mission-critical data center mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, asset tracking, CMMS work orders, and safety-compliant emergency response. Support installations, review drawings/CAD, and recommend operational improvements to ensure high reliability and optimal facility performance.
