Serve as the client's trusted advisor to build relationships, improve CSAT, drive adoption, up-sell/cross-sell, ensure on-time renewals, and manage escalations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Prepare, analyze, and deliver accurate financial and operational reports; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations; maintain data integrity across reporting systems; collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting and provide actionable insights.

Operate, maintain, and improve mission-critical data center mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, asset tracking, CMMS work orders, and safety-compliant emergency response. Support installations, review drawings/CAD, and recommend operational improvements to ensure high reliability and optimal facility performance.

Lead and manage India's Solutions Engineering team to design and deliver complex data center MEP/T solutions, support pre-sales for neocloud/enterprise customers, drive innovation, coordinate cross-functional teams, produce quotes and bills of materials, present solutions and lead facility tours, and ensure technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Support global portfolio management by consolidating building-level data, building dashboards, performing financial modeling (IRR, NPV), valuations, investor reporting, variance analysis, and recommending hold/sell decisions while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsible for end-to-end accounts payable: process vendor invoices, perform 2-/3-way matching, validate tax compliance, manage payments and vendor reconciliations, support month-end close and AP-to-GL reconciliations, and prepare AP reports while ensuring internal controls and timely processing.
