Lead and manage a design management team for India-wide data center projects from kickoff through construction documents and administration. Oversee consultant selection, budgets, schedules, value engineering, stakeholder communication, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with NTT GDC design standards while supporting pre-sales, procurement strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead and execute multiple concurrent projects within the Enterprise Program Management Office. Define scope, plans, budgets, resources, and risks; coordinate project teams and vendors; manage stakeholders; ensure quality and documentation; and drive lessons learned to improve delivery.

Design and maintain a central semantic data model, integrate diverse datasets, optimize model performance, productize Power BI dashboards, support operational incidents, and enable AI readiness and analytics for internal stakeholders.

Manage and grow client relationships to drive land, expansion, renewals and retention across assigned accounts. Lead in-life projects end-to-end for global data center operations: define scope, plan resources and budgets, manage teams and stakeholders, assure quality, mitigate risks, maintain documentation, and implement consistent project management methodologies.

Manage India HR compliance governance and global mobility activities including immigration/work authorization, relocations, audits, reporting, policy design, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination. Maintain documentation, ensure regulatory adherence, drive process improvements, and support M&A policy harmonization and training.

Lead and manage India's Solutions Engineering team to design and deliver complex data center MEP/T solutions, support pre-sales for neocloud/enterprise customers, drive innovation, coordinate cross-functional teams, produce quotes and bills of materials, present solutions and lead facility tours, and ensure technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Support global portfolio management by consolidating building-level data, building dashboards, performing financial modeling (IRR, NPV), valuations, investor reporting, variance analysis, and recommending hold/sell decisions while collaborating cross-functionally.
