Provides second-level managed services support for cross-technology IT infrastructure, including monitoring, incident and request resolution, SLA management, change execution, ticket auditing, client escalations, and disaster recovery testing. The role documents technical actions, identifies automation opportunities, supports L1 engineers, coordinates with vendors and clients, and contributes to infrastructure projects while maintaining service quality.

Design and provide pre-sales technical leadership for cloud solutions: assess existing systems, architect secure scalable cloud and hybrid deployments, define migration strategies, produce technical designs, support POC efforts, and transition solutions to delivery teams.

Provides L2 support for Windows Server infrastructure, troubleshooting incidents involving operating systems, Active Directory, networking services, applications, performance, access, patching, backups, and virtualization. Performs root cause analysis, change management, documentation, monitoring, escalation, and disaster recovery support while meeting SLAs and ITIL procedures. Collaborates with infrastructure teams, supports automation, handles client escalations, and participates in rotational shifts and on-call activities.
