Support onshore CIB Compliance teams by reviewing KYC onboarding/recertification escalations, verifying documentation, assessing AML/CFT risk, completing Compliance Assessment Forms, proposing CPL opinions, updating KYC systems (Fenergo/GCARS), liaising with onshore teams, and contributing to KYC compliance projects.

Provide second-level managed services support for cross-technology infrastructure: monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents within SLAs; manage queues and tickets; execute and document changes; audit tickets; recommend automation; collaborate with teams and vendors; support disaster recovery and client escalations; mentor L1 staff and contribute to projects.

The Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L1) is an entry-level role focused on installations, break/fix events, and client support under guidance.
