Oversee accounting close activities, ledger management, reconciliations, financial reporting, taxation, SOX controls, audits, and statutory compliance across multiple entities or ledgers. Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and US GAAP while coordinating with shared services, tax, treasury, auditors, and business teams. Use SAP or Oracle ERP to validate financial data, support reporting, resolve system issues, and improve accounting processes through standardization and automation.

Reviews and validates journal entries, reconciliations, accounting schedules, tax compliances, ledger balances, coding, and SOX control documentation across multiple entities. Identifies errors, control gaps, and financial risks; ensures audit-ready workpapers; supports financial close and audits; communicates and resolves review observations; and partners with Shared Services and Finance teams to improve accounting quality.

Sell technical drilling products to key customers, manage account relationships, produce techno-commercial proposals, monitor orders and deliveries, support product design feedback, track tenders, prepare sales forecasts and reports, collaborate with internal technical and operations teams, and ensure HSE compliance while meeting sales targets.
