Oversee accounting close activities, ledger management, reconciliations, financial reporting, taxation, SOX controls, audits, and statutory compliance across multiple entities or ledgers. Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and US GAAP while coordinating with shared services, tax, treasury, auditors, and business teams. Use SAP or Oracle ERP to validate financial data, support reporting, resolve system issues, and improve accounting processes through standardization and automation.

Reviews and validates journal entries, reconciliations, accounting schedules, tax compliances, ledger balances, coding, and SOX control documentation across multiple entities. Identifies errors, control gaps, and financial risks; ensures audit-ready workpapers; supports financial close and audits; communicates and resolves review observations; and partners with Shared Services and Finance teams to improve accounting quality.

Sell technical drilling products to key customers, manage account relationships, produce techno-commercial proposals, monitor orders and deliveries, support product design feedback, track tenders, prepare sales forecasts and reports, collaborate with internal technical and operations teams, and ensure HSE compliance while meeting sales targets.

Operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain solids control, drilling waste, centrifuge, dryer, conveyor, HVAC, and chiller equipment at offshore, rig-site, and remote locations. Optimize equipment performance, manage spares and consumables, prepare operational and maintenance reports, support safe cuttings handling and disposal, and provide technical guidance to rig crews and clients. Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, environmental requirements, permits, risk assessments, and required certifications.

Lead financial analysis, costing, and revenue accounting for manufacturing operations. Prepare monthly performance reports, analyze variances vs forecast and plan, manage inventory reserves and job costing, support annual planning and forecasts, participate in ERP implementation, streamline reporting, and assist with audits, SOX schedules, and tax-related matters.

Manages technical and commercial procurement of goods and services, including vendor sourcing, approvals, quotations, purchase orders, negotiations, delivery coordination, supplier performance, audits, inspections, and cost reduction. Partners with operations, planning, engineering, manufacturing, quality, accounts payable, and global locations to maintain supply-demand balance and resolve procurement issues. Requires knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes, inventory management, ERP systems, and ISO, API, and ASTM standards.
