Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot solids control and drilling waste equipment (shakers, centrifuges, dryers, conveyors) and chiller/HVAC systems at rig-site/offshore. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, reporting, inventory management, HSE compliance, and provide technical support to rig crews and clients.

Manage technical procurement end-to-end: source, evaluate, and purchase goods and services to meet engineering specifications. Coordinate with operations, planning, quality, and global sites, maintain supplier relationships, support audits (API/ISO), optimize vendor base, and implement process improvements to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and compliance.

Sell technical drilling products to key customers, manage account relationships, produce techno-commercial proposals, monitor orders and deliveries, support product design feedback, track tenders, prepare sales forecasts and reports, collaborate with internal technical and operations teams, and ensure HSE compliance while meeting sales targets.

Lead financial analysis, costing, and revenue accounting for manufacturing operations. Prepare monthly performance reports, analyze variances vs forecast and plan, manage inventory reserves and job costing, support annual planning and forecasts, participate in ERP implementation, streamline reporting, and assist with audits, SOX schedules, and tax-related matters.

Maintain and improve the Competency Management System, ensure quality and compliance of workplace assessments, advise stakeholders, support and develop assessors, deliver competency reporting and projects, and drive competency KPIs and global initiatives to improve workforce capability.

Provide administrative support for order processing, ERP entry, invoicing, billing summaries, accounts receivable follow-up, purchase requisitions, parts quotations, customer portal administration, and document filing; support cross-functional teams and provide customer service.
