Designs, develops, tests and maintains embedded/networking software and firmware. Diagnoses complex hardware/software issues, implements upgrades and migrations, defines technical requirements, supports releases, mentors teams, and ensures quality and high availability in GPON/PON and routing/switching systems.

Conduct targeted R&D to design, integrate, verify, test, and improve hardware/software systems. Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, develop build-controlled releases, lead small projects, train lower support tiers, and contribute to test automation, process improvements, and emergency SW care.

Design and manage scalable cloud environments, lead cloud migration projects, optimize performance, implement security measures, and troubleshoot complex cloud issues.
