As a People Operations Executive, you will oversee HR systems, manage data administration, drive HR operations, and support process improvements across the employee lifecycle.

The HRBP will enhance employee experiences, develop people programs, align HR practices with company growth, and collaborate with leadership to drive results.

Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with suppliers across Mumbai and Surat, own end-to-end fulfilment (QC to dispatch & returns), maintain and reconcile inventory of diamonds and gemstones, handle exceptions and damaged goods, generate operational reports, create and improve SOPs, and contribute to BRDs and process improvement initiatives.
