Reconcile customer payments across global bank accounts with invoices in NetSuite, investigate payment discrepancies, resolve customer payment queries, maintain audit documentation, and support month-end close activities. The role involves working across EMEA, APAC, and other international regions, handling multiple payment formats and currencies, and collaborating with Accounts Receivable and Customer Support teams. This is a one-year contract role requiring strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and comfort with late-shift hours.

Create and revise production-ready jewelry CAD models for export clients. Ensure designs meet finishing, structural, stone-setting, metal-weight, durability, and manufacturing standards. Incorporate client feedback quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality under pressure. Manage multiple projects and deadlines, track work in Excel, and communicate clearly with the office team.

Processes and validates supplier invoices in NetSuite, reconciles supplier payments and allocations, investigates discrepancies, and supports month-end accounts payable reconciliations. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, deadline management, Excel proficiency, and collaboration with Finance and Operations teams. This is a one-year contract based in Mumbai with Monday-to-Saturday overnight working hours.
