Build and optimize scalable data pipelines, ingest structured and streaming data, develop Redshift data models, optimize SQL, and support AWS cloud migration. The role uses Airflow, dbt, Kafka, Python, and AWS services while emphasizing data quality, observability, security, governance, and reliability in a mission-critical payments environment. Collaboration with global product, engineering, analytics, and business teams is central.

Manage payment transaction processing, reconciliation, client onboarding, issue resolution, refunds, invoices, settlements, and reporting for retail and institutional customers. Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Customer Service, Product, Technology, and Account Management teams to resolve payment issues, maintain transaction accuracy, meet SLAs, and improve operational efficiency. The role operates on rotational shifts with flexible holidays.

Own the development and launch of digital asset products, including stablecoin-funded cards, wallet functionality, on/off-ramps, and cross-border settlement. Define customer experiences, integrate custodians and blockchain infrastructure, and embed regulatory requirements such as MiCA, VASP frameworks, the Travel Rule, and FinCEN requirements into product design. Partner with compliance, engineering, network, and settlement teams to deliver regulated products and measure adoption, transaction volume, conversion, settlement speed, integration time, and market coverage.
