Manage payment processing operations and relationships with network and partner banks. Resolve escalations, analyze transaction trends and partner performance, coordinate service meetings, monitor incidents, and identify process, product, technical, and business improvements. The role requires strong payments knowledge, stakeholder communication, data analysis, and problem-solving across fintech and banking environments.

Own the development and launch of digital asset products, including stablecoin-funded cards, wallet functionality, on/off-ramps, and cross-border settlement. Define customer experiences, integrate custodians and blockchain infrastructure, and embed regulatory requirements such as MiCA, VASP frameworks, the Travel Rule, and FinCEN requirements into product design. Partner with compliance, engineering, network, and settlement teams to deliver regulated products and measure adoption, transaction volume, conversion, settlement speed, integration time, and market coverage.

Manages centralized, multi-country accounts payable and finance operations across 15 countries. Responsibilities include vendor payments, payroll disbursements, statutory and indirect tax compliance, cash-flow reporting, ledger reconciliations, employee cost analysis, month-end close, and audit support. The role requires coordination with global finance, HR, and tax teams, strong ERP expertise, and Chartered Accountant qualification.
