Manage daily air freight import operations across the West Region, overseeing shipment execution, documentation, compliance, customer escalations, airline and vendor relationships, performance metrics, and process improvement. Lead and develop the operations team, ensure customs and trade compliance, review invoices and shipment files, manage risks and audits, and improve productivity, profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive air freight import and export experience, particularly in Mumbai and the West India market.

Support Rhenus BY WMS projects by developing integrations and solutions, addressing technical incidents, and contributing to project improvements and documentation.
