Designs and presents AI, GenAI, cloud, and infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers. Leads technical discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, architecture discussions, and proof-of-concept engagements. Advises on LLM applications, RAG workflows, MLOps, GPU workloads, Kubernetes, networking, and hybrid cloud architectures. Collaborates with sales, engineering, and product teams on proposals, RFPs, customer requirements, and roadmap feedback while acting as a trusted technical advisor.

Monitor, triage, correlate, and investigate security alerts and logs across networks, firewalls, IPS, WAF, endpoints, Microsoft 365, cloud, and databases. Analyze phishing, malware, command-and-control, and firewall incidents; document findings, perform root cause analysis, meet SLAs, and produce SIEM reports. Support detection-rule development and basic threat hunting while working rotational 24/7 shifts.

Provides L3 network and firewall operations support for data center and office infrastructure. Responsibilities include advanced configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, firewalls, BGP EVPN VXLAN fabrics, VPNs, and related technologies. The role handles 24/7 incident response, escalations, root-cause analysis, uptime, change management, documentation, SLA compliance, and support for L1/L2 teams and clients. Preferred capabilities include SOC processes, SIEM monitoring, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, cloud networking, and security compliance.
