Create product requirements, manage content and layout updates, coordinate redesigns, and partner with marketing, design, engineering, analytics, QA, and brand teams to deliver measurable eCommerce outcomes.

Leads and develops an Account Management team while managing strategic B2B client relationships. Responsibilities include account planning, retention and expansion, escalations, upselling, contract negotiations, performance analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
