Mentors engineers, drives cross-team initiatives, reduces technical debt, evaluates emerging and AI-powered technologies, and partners with product, design, backend, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality customer-facing experiences.

Build and maintain reliable batch or streaming data pipelines, optimize dimensional data warehouses and complex SQL, and implement testing, monitoring, and data-quality practices. Partner with analytics, product, and engineering teams to create reusable datasets, document data lineage, and support self-service reporting. Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate pipeline development and debugging.
