Designs and operates Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure across major cloud platforms. Owns Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, release management, observability, networking, web-server security, and incident response. The role also establishes responsible AI tooling practices, maintains production reliability, and improves legacy systems through automation and operational best practices.

Manage relationships with global accounts and partners, guide system integrations, identify business development opportunities, execute sales and marketing initiatives, present new services, negotiate partnerships, and achieve revenue targets. Coordinate client setups with internal teams, resolve customer issues, maintain pipeline accuracy, and recommend product or policy improvements. The role requires strong communication, business judgment, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and up to two years of relevant experience.

Own the storefront roadmap and conversion optimization across multiple brands and platforms. Improve conversion, cross-sell, average order value, site performance, and customer experience through experimentation, analytics, merchandising, and UX improvements. Build prototypes with AI coding tools, manage multiple initiatives, and coordinate engineering, marketing, legal, internal teams, and registry partners.

Own complex technical escalations across VPS, dedicated, and advanced hosting environments. Troubleshoot Linux systems, networking, DNS, performance, Node.js, Next.js, and containerized applications. Partner with Product and Engineering on agentic hosting platforms, mentor T3 support teams, identify systemic issues, improve products, and create documentation and troubleshooting playbooks for emerging technologies.

Design, build, and maintain cloud-native platform capabilities on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Build CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes/OKE), author Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, automate deployments and operational tasks, implement observability and security best practices, troubleshoot production issues, and document platform standards while collaborating with product engineering teams.

Drive net-new SMB acquisition via high-volume outbound calling, email, and social outreach. Qualify prospects, run full sales cycle from discovery to close, hit activity and MRR targets, handle objections, and position Bluehost as a trusted advisor to grow customer base.

Perform inside consultative sales via phone, chat, and email: discover customer needs, pitch solutions, manage pipeline, negotiate and close deals. Collaborate with Support, Product and Marketing, mentor new team members, gather customer feedback for product improvements, and drive acquisition and growth campaigns.
