Owns and coordinates major incidents throughout their lifecycle, including stakeholder communications, technical bridge calls, incident tracking, reporting, post-incident reviews, and handovers. Maintains account-specific incident processes, escalation documentation, dashboards, and monthly reports. Supports incident trend analysis, service improvements, problem and change management meetings, and customer account communications while ensuring adherence to ITIL and major incident procedures.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web, desktop, and mobile applications. Develop scalable testing frameworks using C#, Java, Selenium, Playwright, and related tools; perform UI, API, database, functional, and non-functional testing; configure environments; document results; track defects; and collaborate with developers, product teams, business analysts, and QA colleagues to improve software quality.

Lead implementation and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks (UI, middleware, backend). Design, develop and execute automated tests, integrate tests into CI/CD, collaborate with developers, product and DevOps teams, manage test environments, report defects, and provide test effort estimates to stakeholders.
