Leads test automation strategy, frameworks, architecture, and execution for web, middleware, backend, database, and user-interface applications. Develops automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and related tools; supports shift-left testing and CI/CD adoption; configures test environments; estimates testing effort; manages defects; coordinates with development, DevOps, manual QA, business analysts, and offshore teams; and reports test outcomes to stakeholders.
