Support and independently complete Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects, including customization, plugin and custom development, integrations, testing, documentation, and deployment. Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and IT professionals to deliver client solutions. Advise clients, write efficient C# and .NET code, define specifications, ensure quality, and improve systems and processes. Power Platform and Power Apps expertise is required, with Azure, Power BI, Field Service, Project Operations, and DevOps experience preferred.

Design and execute manual and automated tests for Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Develop test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and detailed defect documentation. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders during requirements reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning. Maintain testing documentation, report progress, and contribute to QA process improvements while staying current with Dynamics updates and testing best practices.
