Manages third-party due diligence, including KYC/AML verification, sanctions and PEP screening, adverse-information investigations, risk assessment, mitigation recommendations, reporting, documentation workflows, and stakeholder coordination. Leads team execution, maintains database accuracy, monitors SLAs, and ensures compliance with anti-corruption, conflict-of-interest, AML, and sanctions requirements.

Leads coastal supply planning, vessel scheduling, inventory replenishment, and operational coordination across ports, terminals, depots, and locations. Optimizes vessel utilization, turnaround, demurrage, and operating costs while monitoring product quality, quantities, stock levels, and ethanol losses. Prepares MIS reports and management planning inputs, coordinates vessel performance reviews, and drives process improvements and SCM system enablement.

Leads the enterprise whistleblower hotline, vigilance, fraud, corruption, misconduct, and forensic investigations programs. Oversees case governance, escalation, quality assurance, reporting, documentation, preventive controls, and closure. Partners with senior leadership and assurance functions to strengthen integrity and risk oversight, while building and developing a high-performing investigations team.
