Gathers client requirements, implements and customizes Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Business Central ERP solutions, develops ERP applications, integrates third-party systems, performs upgrades and migrations, manages finance and supply chain modules, updates JIRA tasks, and communicates with clients.

Configure and customize NetSuite ERP according to client requirements, including functional customizations and third-party integrations. Diagnose and resolve system bugs, develop with SuiteScript, coordinate across teams, and ensure reliable system operation. The consultant will independently manage technical and techno-functional responsibilities, support clients diplomatically, and translate operational requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Architect and optimize enterprise Power BI and Microsoft Fabric reporting solutions, semantic models, data pipelines, and governance. Develop interactive reports, integrate Fabric AI Agents, and enable self-service analytics. Manage Git-based CI/CD deployments across environments, enforce row- and object-level security, and automate data quality validation using Python, SemPy, PySpark, and Spark SQL. Build scalable data transformations and automate alerts for data anomalies.

Write and edit SEO-optimized, conversion-focused content across blogs, websites, ads, social media, email, whitepapers, and outreach campaigns. Conduct market and competitor research, adapt copy for different audiences and platforms, and maintain brand voice. Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, marketers, product teams, strategists, analytics teams, and stakeholders while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Leads global new business development for IT services and digital solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, consultative solution selling, managing the full sales cycle, engaging CXO-level stakeholders, preparing proposals, expanding into new markets, and coordinating with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project transitions and long-term client satisfaction.

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, track tasks and reminders, coordinate meeting preparation and follow-ups, arrange domestic and international travel, track expenses, coordinate vendors, maintain confidentiality, and draft communications and documentation.
