Develop high-throughput data and inference pipelines using distributed technologies, optimize GPU model serving, maintain feature stores, fine-tune language models, and implement evaluation guardrails. Collaborate with architects and engineers while applying MLOps, cloud, containerization, and software engineering practices.

Lead the design, implementation, and management of IAM and privileged access solutions across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. Own identity lifecycle management, PAM, endpoint access controls, automated provisioning, access reviews, risk assessments, compliance alignment, and IAM incident response. Develop the IAM roadmap, improve security processes, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, and other teams.

Leads RuPay acceptance, credit-on-UPI affordability, EMI solutions, merchant growth, AI-driven payment innovation, and ecosystem expansion across domestic and international markets. Develops product strategies, segment playbooks, merchant and partner journeys, and payment optimization initiatives. Collaborates with banks, acquirers, payment aggregators, gateways, TPAPs, POS providers, and international partners. Uses AI/ML for segmentation, fraud management, approval-rate improvement, personalization, and transaction optimization while managing compliance, settlement, disputes, and product delivery.
