Manage end-to-end foreign exchange back-office operations, including trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, risk management, bank relationships, and audits. Support FX management strategy, monitor rates and regulatory changes, maintain banking and FX systems, coordinate system enhancements, resolve operational issues, and provide financial reporting to senior leadership. The role also drives process improvements and collaborates with internal teams, banks, auditors, and external consultants.

Manage and grow strategic relationships with banks, fintech partners, and ecosystem stakeholders in foreign exchange and cross-border payments. Responsibilities include delivering revenue and transaction targets, identifying expansion opportunities, activating partner channels, executing co-branded go-to-market campaigns, coordinating product enhancements, onboarding partners, conducting engagement programs, managing brand positioning, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires expertise in forex, trade finance, payments, FEMA, LRS, enterprise sales, channel management, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Lead NETC FASTag product strategy, roadmap, development, compliance, operations, stakeholder engagement, and performance optimization. Partner with banks, regulators, technology providers, and internal teams to deliver scalable tolling products. Own KPIs including active users, issuance, transaction volumes, and revenue while improving onboarding, reconciliation, disputes, and customer experience.
