Supports and maintains POS, back-office, ERP, and related retail systems across outlets. Responsibilities include POS rollouts, database monitoring, root-cause analysis, system availability, requirements coordination, and participation in technology projects. Develops Java modules to automate manual checks and enhances POS/BOS functionality. Requires strong retail systems knowledge, business-process expertise, communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Provides front-office reception and administrative support, including phone handling, guest relations, courier management, travel bookings, office maintenance, housekeeping oversight, stationery inventory, petty cash, billing, attendance and leave records, candidate database maintenance, and customer appointment coordination. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and computer skills in a fast-paced office environment.

Leads CRM and loyalty strategy, customer acquisition, engagement, personalization, direct marketing, and cross-channel program execution. Owns loyalty program P&L, budgets, planning, database marketing processes, performance measurement, vendor coordination, and executive reporting. Partners across marketing, merchandising, technology, planning, and operations to improve customer satisfaction, traffic, and sales. Requires strong analytical, communication, leadership, collaboration, and customer strategy capabilities within a franchise or multi-unit retail environment.
