Provides front-office reception and administrative support, including phone handling, guest relations, courier management, travel bookings, office maintenance, housekeeping oversight, stationery inventory, petty cash, billing, attendance and leave records, candidate database maintenance, and customer appointment coordination. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and computer skills in a fast-paced office environment.

Leads CRM and loyalty strategy, customer acquisition, engagement, personalization, direct marketing, and cross-channel program execution. Owns loyalty program P&L, budgets, planning, database marketing processes, performance measurement, vendor coordination, and executive reporting. Partners across marketing, merchandising, technology, planning, and operations to improve customer satisfaction, traffic, and sales. Requires strong analytical, communication, leadership, collaboration, and customer strategy capabilities within a franchise or multi-unit retail environment.

Owns brand strategy, product portfolio performance, market analysis, competitive intelligence, product development, new product launches, pricing, packaging, and marketing campaigns. The role coordinates with sales, finance, logistics, manufacturing, and senior management; prepares business cases and monthly performance reports; and drives portfolio improvements, customer strategies, and team development across fuel retail markets.
