Manage store and inventory operations through ERP systems, including material receipts, issues, transfers, stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and reporting. Ensure accurate records, proper storage, FIFO/FEFO compliance, audit readiness, and material availability for production, maintenance, and project activities. Coordinate with Procurement and Quality teams to resolve discrepancies and support continuous process improvements.

Plan and organize fabrication shop activities, allocate manpower, and control production to meet targets. Study drawings, prepare operation sequences, monitor workforce and machine productivity, identify materials, track fabrication status, coordinate final inspection, maintain daily ISO documentation, and apply lean management practices.

Reviews purchase orders, issues order acknowledgements and internal work orders, prepares dispatch documents and service invoices, tracks payment milestones, follows up on collections, escalates doubtful debts, manages GST, bank guarantees, and letters of credit, and prepares MIS reports.
