Manage store and inventory operations through ERP systems, including material receipts, issues, transfers, stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and reporting. Ensure accurate records, proper storage, FIFO/FEFO compliance, audit readiness, and material availability for production, maintenance, and project activities. Coordinate with Procurement and Quality teams to resolve discrepancies and support continuous process improvements.

Plan and organize fabrication shop activities, allocate manpower, and control production to meet targets. Reviews purchase orders, issues order acknowledgements and internal work orders, prepares dispatch documents and service invoices, tracks payment milestones, follows up on collections, escalates doubtful debts, manages GST, bank guarantees, and letters of credit, and prepares MIS reports.

Sources materials and services, solicits and evaluates supplier quotations, negotiates pricing and delivery terms, prepares purchase orders, monitors order fulfillment, resolves procurement issues, and prepares MIS reports. The role also handles payment follow-up, doubtful debts, GST, bank guarantees, and letters of credit while managing supplier relationships and contracts.
