Serve as the UAE payroll SME leading implementations from discovery through go-live. Run discovery workshops, ensure UAE legislative compliance, validate payroll configuration and testing, support go-live and first payroll, advise Sales/Product/Engineering, own playbooks and documentation, and drive process and product improvements.

Manage named APAC accounts by building trusted, outcome-based relationships and delivering consultative solutions. Drive customer satisfaction, retention, expansion, upselling, and cross-selling while maintaining account plans, forecasts, and quota attainment. Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering, represent customer feedback in product roadmap decisions, and support customers in achieving talent and business objectives.

Build trusted relationships with named APAC/EMEA accounts, drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and provide customer insights to influence the product roadmap. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering while managing account plans, forecasting, quota attainment, and customer objectives in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
