Lead day-to-day IT and security operations for a remote-first SaaS company: build IT infrastructure, mature security and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001), automate workflows with AI, run audits, manage vendors, and embed security across teams while tracking operational metrics.

Manage end-to-end immigration and visa cases for the Philippines or UAE, serving as a local subject-matter expert. Responsibilities include case reviews, complex escalations, compliance, partner and government coordination, KPI and CSAT improvement, policy development, pipeline support, immigration law updates, and mentoring team members.

Serve as the UAE payroll SME leading implementations from discovery through go-live. Run discovery workshops, ensure UAE legislative compliance, validate payroll configuration and testing, support go-live and first payroll, advise Sales/Product/Engineering, own playbooks and documentation, and drive process and product improvements.
