Engage customers throughout the vehicle purchase journey, conduct product demonstrations and test rides, handle objections and pricing discussions, follow up on inquiries, coordinate with dealership teams, collect customer feedback, and support sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Monitor DTC/CAN parameters 24/7, create and track tickets, provide L1 phone support to customers/drivers, coordinate with dealers for resolutions, produce KPI and management reports, and analyze job cards for cost avoidance and continuous improvement.

Lead architecture and solution design for SAP SuccessFactors, defining integration strategies and ensuring compliance with standards. Oversee project planning and serve as SAP SuccessFactors advisor.
