Engage customers throughout the vehicle purchase journey, conduct product demonstrations and test rides, handle objections and pricing discussions, follow up on inquiries, coordinate with dealership teams, collect customer feedback, and support sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Lead architecture and solution design for SAP SuccessFactors, defining integration strategies and ensuring compliance with standards. Oversee project planning and serve as SAP SuccessFactors advisor.

Develop microlearning, video-based, and instructor-led e-learning content for the automotive sector; manage and maintain the LMS; create content roadmaps (VCT, ILT, refresher/tactical updates); collaborate with internal teams and external vendors; and perform content and LMS quality assurance to ensure learner engagement.
