Lead development and execution of market access strategies and pricing to improve patient access and drive revenue. Conduct HEOR/HTA, value dossiers, payer and policy research, stakeholder engagement with government and payers, cross-functional collaboration, and manage a team to achieve business unit objectives.

Serve as technical lead for external small-molecule drug substance manufacturing: interface with external partners, drive tech transfers, execute validation strategies, support production investigations and process optimization, and lead continuous improvement and regulatory readiness efforts.
