Coordinates local deployment and activation of digital technology capabilities in a regulated environment. Responsibilities include gathering user needs, managing readiness activities, delivering training, supporting go-live hypercare and issue triage, monitoring adoption, maintaining compliance documentation, and connecting local users with regional, global, IT support, and product teams.

Analyzes commercial, marketing, sales, and omnichannel data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Develops dashboards, KPI reports, forecasts, scenario analyses, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. Partners with data science, IT, marketing, sales, and external providers to improve data quality, governance, reporting, and AI-enabled productivity. Supports compliant data use, promotes data literacy, and may mentor junior analysts.

Lead development and execution of market access strategies and pricing to improve patient access and drive revenue. Conduct HEOR/HTA, value dossiers, payer and policy research, stakeholder engagement with government and payers, cross-functional collaboration, and manage a team to achieve business unit objectives.
