Drive zonal business reviews, HCO and ISP management, and cross-functional initiatives to increase brand share and implement awareness campaigns across channels.

Lead the Oncology business unit in India with full P&L responsibility. Develop and execute portfolio and launch strategies, oversee sales, marketing, diagnostics, market access, and budgets, drive evidence generation and stakeholder engagement, build and coach high-performing teams, ensure compliance, and represent the BU on the Country Leadership Team to deliver sustained revenue and access growth.
