Own quarterly forecasting, annual planning, P&L and headcount management, executive reporting, commercial analytics, investment tracking, and strategic initiative performance. Partner with senior business and regional stakeholders, maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze Salesforce data, present financial narratives, and automate reporting workflows using AI tools.

Negotiate complex technology, data, SaaS, financial product licensing, managed services, and redistribution agreements. Develop contract templates and provisions for new products, advise on IP and commercial matters, collaborate globally across legal and business teams, and adopt AI tools to improve legal workflows. Manage multiple deals and projects while building strong client relationships and supporting additional legal initiatives.

Leads quantitative index research from concept through production, including backtesting investment strategies, developing index methodologies, analyzing historical market and sustainability data, and generating investment insights. Collaborates with global research and cross-functional teams to launch index products, writes research publications, and engages clients to refine solutions. Focus areas include factor and thematic investing, multi-asset strategies, portfolio construction, and sustainability and climate integration.
