Own the vision, roadmap, development, and commercialization of AI interfaces and agent solutions for sustainability and climate products. Lead MCP and AI Insights enhancements, ensure data is AI-ready across APIs, data feeds, Snowflake, and client platforms, and collaborate with Engineering, Research, Legal, Data Operations, and Client Coverage. Validate solutions with clients, define requirements and documentation, support governance reviews, present business cases, and track adoption, quality, and commercial impact.

Build and operate internal developer platforms, tooling, APIs, automation, CI/CD frameworks, reusable workflows, and developer portals. Manage GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Backstage, and related integrations while improving reliability, security, governance, developer experience, and self-service capabilities. Partner with security, cloud, infrastructure, risk, and application engineering teams to standardize software delivery and resolve developer workflow issues.

Provides APAC support and administration for MSCI’s enterprise Atlassian Cloud environment. Responsibilities include triaging Jira and Confluence requests, managing API tokens and service accounts, configuring workflows and permissions, maintaining governance documentation, evaluating Rovo and other AI use cases, and advising internal stakeholders. The role also contributes to roadmap planning, platform governance, licensing support, and continuous operational improvement while collaborating with InfoSec, IT Risk, Privacy, Compliance, PMO, Product, and Finance.

Research and develop custom equity factor, thematic, climate, and ESG indexes. Monitor global investment-management trends, portfolio-management styles, and asset-allocation practices. Recommend index methodology enhancements in consultation with investment-management firms. Apply equity analysis, quantitative research, investment research, portfolio-management concepts, data vendors, and programming tools including Python, Excel, VBA, MATLAB, and SQL.

Configure, support, integrate, and optimize iCIMS ATS and related HR technology platforms globally. Manage enhancements, upgrades, incidents, testing, security configuration, integrations with Workday and third-party systems, documentation, governance, and vendor coordination. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, conduct root cause analysis, coordinate global teams, and ensure compliant, reliable talent acquisition technology delivery.

Deliver client training and education on MSCI analytics products, translate business requirements into solutions, troubleshoot implementation issues, coordinate cross-functional escalations, and communicate project health. The role requires expertise in portfolio management, performance measurement and attribution, fixed-income sensitivities, risk measures, and asset pricing. Product Specialists also prepare onboarding specifications and relay client feedback and enhancement requests to MSCI product teams.

Negotiate complex technology, data, SaaS, financial product licensing, managed services, and redistribution agreements. Develop contract templates and provisions for new products, advise on IP and commercial matters, collaborate globally across legal and business teams, and adopt AI tools to improve legal workflows. Manage multiple deals and projects while building strong client relationships and supporting additional legal initiatives.

Negotiate complex technology, data, intellectual property, software, financial product, managed services, and redistribution agreements under New York law. Advise commercial and product teams, develop contract templates and legal frameworks, support new offerings, and help automate contracting processes. The role also uses AI to improve legal work and requires practical, business-oriented counsel across global, cross-functional teams.

Source and engage non-technology talent across APAC and India using AI-enabled tools, social platforms, job boards, market intelligence, and personalized outreach. Manage candidate pipelines, screen applicants, deliver qualified shortlists, partner with Recruitment Partners, and analyze sourcing metrics to improve conversion and pipeline effectiveness. The role also involves developing AI-powered sourcing workflows and maintaining strong candidate engagement.

Implement and onboard clients to MSCI Analytics Solutions by defining requirements, delivering functional and analytical training, troubleshooting issues, coordinating cross-functional escalations, and documenting onboarding specifications. Serve as a subject matter expert in portfolio and risk management use cases, communicate implementation health to management, and identify product enhancements based on client needs.
