Lead institutional sales and revenue growth for MSCI in India. Manage relationships with asset managers, banks, insurers, and pension funds; develop account plans; customize solutions; lead proposal-to-onboarding sales cycles; achieve regional targets; collaborate with product, research, marketing, legal, operations, and client service teams; and maintain Salesforce data, forecasts, and reporting.

Designs, develops, enhances, and supports SAP ABAP solutions, including reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, enhancements, and integrations. Builds OData services, CDS views, and AMDPs for S/4HANA environments; prepares technical designs, estimates effort, performs code reviews and performance tuning, and supports testing, deployments, upgrades, migrations, and production issue resolution. Collaborates with functional consultants and technical teams across SAP modules.

Administer and modernize Oracle databases across production, non-production, disaster recovery, on-premises, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include installation, upgrades, patching, monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, Data Guard, RMAN backup and recovery, security, migrations, and automation. The role supports high availability, DR readiness, enterprise projects, cloud modernization, documentation, incident leadership, and mentoring junior DBAs.

Provide first-tier client support for MSCI analytics and benchmark products, answering methodology, technical, market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, optimization, and attribution questions. Manage assigned accounts, lead client calls, resolve support issues, support onboarding and training, share product updates, contribute to service reviews and renewals, and improve client-service processes. Build trusted relationships while becoming a subject matter expert on analytics products.

Implement and onboard clients to MSCI Analytics Solutions by defining requirements, delivering functional and analytical training, troubleshooting issues, coordinating cross-functional escalations, and documenting onboarding specifications. Serve as a subject matter expert in portfolio and risk management use cases, communicate implementation health to management, and identify product enhancements based on client needs.

Architects and builds enterprise DevOps platforms, reusable GitHub Actions workflows, CI/CD frameworks, APIs, automation, and internal developer tooling. Drives SDLC standardization, golden paths, governance, compliance, and DevSecOps practices across engineering teams. Partners with security, cloud, infrastructure, risk, and application teams while supporting production platforms through monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and SRE practices. Guides adoption, modernization, developer experience, and platform strategy.

Design, implement, operate, troubleshoot, and automate enterprise Kubernetes infrastructure across GKE, AKS, EKS, and on-premises environments. Lead cloud and container transformation initiatives, architectural reviews, technology evaluations, and new technology implementations. Develop cloud standards and policies, support migrations and onboarding, ensure security compliance and application performance, and resolve integration challenges with technology providers and internal teams.

Support cross-product analytical validation from a quantitative finance perspective, identify quality improvements, and promote modular architecture and reuse. Enable AI-driven workflows by defining best practices, evaluating use cases against governance standards, and transitioning manual processes to automation. Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and platform teams to apply consistent quality and architecture standards across business lines.
