Own major subsystems within Parametric’s digital platform, designing and delivering client-facing web applications, REST APIs, and product features. Responsibilities include solution architecture, performance and resiliency improvements, automated testing, code reviews, Agile collaboration, and technical mentorship. The role partners with business stakeholders to translate objectives into software solutions and supports cloud-native, microservice, and event-driven systems using ASP.NET Core, Angular, and Azure.

Leads corporate social responsibility and community affairs initiatives in India, including 2% CSR compliance, statutory filings, governance documentation, grant administration, charity partner engagement, budget tracking, reporting, and employee volunteering campaigns. Manages Global Volunteer Month, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, maintains audit-ready records, prepares dashboards and presentations, and supports senior leadership and governance reporting.
