Support NNA reporting, forecasting and insights for Wealth Management. Produce and distribute senior management reports, reconcile and validate data, analyze trends and competitor flows, and collaborate globally to streamline reporting and identify predictive use-cases.

Vice President responsible for regulatory risk and compliance coverage for Morgan Stanley’s India Global Centre in Mumbai and Bengaluru. The role oversees licensing, regulator engagement, STPI and Customs requirements, offshoring and outsourcing compliance, governance reporting, compliance monitoring, risk reviews, training, policies, and non-financial risk metrics. It advises senior stakeholders, coordinates with global teams and external advisers, and escalates material regulatory and compliance risks.

Designs, models, configures, tests, and supports enterprise workflows using Parametric’s Camunda-based platform. Translates complex operational processes into executable BPMN and DMN models, requirements, forms, business rules, and integrations. Supports functional testing, UAT, deployment readiness, production analysis, controls, exception handling, documentation, and workflow standards. Collaborates with Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, and platform teams while facilitating workshops and managing workflow risks, dependencies, and defects.
