The External Reporting Associate/Director will manage financial reporting responsibilities, adhere to regulatory standards, improve processes, and lead deliverables within the External Reporting team.

Lead business analysis and program delivery for T+1 settlement and post-trade transformation across APAC. Drive requirements gathering, impact assessment, process redesign, SIT/UAT coordination, program governance, and stakeholder reporting to modernize clearing, settlement, and market infrastructure.

Draft, negotiate and manage ISDA and related derivative, prime brokerage and stock-lending documentation for EMEA clients. Review client constitutional documents and legal opinions, coordinate approvals with Risk and Legal, manage contract lifecycle and databases, handle stakeholder queries, and participate in documentation projects.
