Develop and maintain technical documentation for MongoDB’s database and data platform products. Research complex features, test and validate concepts, write accurate reference documentation and tutorials, and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams. Use AI tools to accelerate drafting and review while ensuring technical accuracy. Contribute to copy reviews, documentation planning, peer coaching, and improved AI-assisted workflows.

Lead and build a Partner Sales team for India (Gurugram), develop regional partner strategy, recruit and ramp specialists, own partner quotas and forecasts, drive pipeline through cloud, SI and ISV partners, engage senior stakeholders, and enable cross-functional collaboration to accelerate sales.
